BCCWITT’s ConnectHER Local Impact Project: Journey to Success for Women Apprentices

(for Women Apprentices in BC only)

ConnectHER aims to recruit, retain, and support women in Red Seal trades through a female-led mentorship program to help increase the number of women entering and staying in the trades.

BCCWITT’s Journey to Success for Women Apprentices program supports women apprentices in BC to successfully complete their apprenticeship, achieve journey status, and gain the economic security that a Red Seal in the skilled trades may bring.

Journey to Success for Women Apprentices will help empower women apprentices to complete their apprenticeship, start their career in trades, and advocate for themselves. Participants will benefit from fully funded trainings, mentorship opportunities and being part of a strong community of tradeswomen at all stages of their career!
