“The trades offer an amazing career. Financial stability, independence – especially for young girls, to be able to create their own life and pay their own way and create the life they want. I’ve had parents say, ‘My daughter just listened to you, now she’s looking for this.’ It’s really fun to be able to talk to students and encourage them.”
