BCCWITT’s Be More Than A Bystander Training is intended to shift workplace culture into a more safe, welcoming, and inclusive place for all. With over 150 tradesmen trained, here is what some of them have to say:

“This course has prompted me to re-evaluate my past actions and consider how my future actions would impact those around me. I would highly recommend this course as it offers a new perspective.”

“One of the most engaging training programs I have ever been a part of. A very refreshing approach with the emotional stories and experiences.”

“I learned how important it can be to be able to recognize these types of behaviors in the workplace, and now, the ability to step up and use the tools we have to help curb this problem.”

“Organizationally, this has been one of the most important programs I have been involved in. I have seen it in how our male colleagues speak differently.”

We have two train-the-trainer cohorts coming up this fall, on September 21-23, 2022 and October 12-14, 2022.
